Account Registration & Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account on bajje99. The operation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or multiple payment methods associated with the same person — is strictly prohibited. bajje99 uses automated and manual account monitoring to detect duplicate accounts, and any such accounts discovered will be closed without prior notice, with associated balances held pending investigation.

Registration Information

When creating an account on bajje99, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, a valid email address, a working mobile phone number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajje99 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bajje99 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

One Account Per Household

Only one bajje99 account is permitted per household or shared IP address in normal circumstances. If bajje99 identifies multiple accounts operating from the same device or network and determines that this constitutes abuse or an attempt to claim multiple bonuses, all associated accounts and bonuses may be suspended pending review.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

There are no currency conversion steps — your wallet balance is denominated in BDT at all times. bajje99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their individual service terms.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bajje99 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bajje99 wallet in real time. Deposits made via Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, or City Bank may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing institution's processing times. bajje99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bajje99 does not accept deposits from payment methods owned by third parties. If a deposit is found to originate from a third-party method, it will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–15 minutes, seven days a week including public holidays. Withdrawals to other supported methods may take up to 24 hours. All withdrawals are subject to account verification. • Accessing bajje99 using a VPN, proxy service, or any other technology designed to obscure your true geographic location or identity.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your bajje99 account on your behalf.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned to bajje99.

Intellectual Property

Section 9

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may close your bajje99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, any remaining balance must either be withdrawn to a verified payment method or, if subject to active wagering requirements, assessed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. bajje99 aims to process voluntary account closure requests within 5 business days.

Suspension or Closure by bajje99

bajje99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited financial conduct.
• Operation of duplicate accounts or abuse of the bonus system.

Severability
